I have a full-size tens unit that’s pretty damn strong but it’s a little big to be carrying around when I go places so I bought this one because it was small compact, but I was like man. I wonder if that would be strong enough man I’ll tell you what that little thing is strong. I was very impressed by that so I bought another one so my wife could have one when she travels.

It's pretty powerful for such a little item. Measures about 5in. long. Has 8 different settings, with each going up to a strength. Comes with charging cord, you will need an adapter.
